Trudy Feijen is the founder and driving force behind Sirius Connection.

Trudy is a counselor / psychologist and member of the Professional Association for Counseling (ABvC). She is also a hNLP- NLP Trainer and a member of The American Board of NLP. She has earned her spurs in the corporate business. She has gained her experience at various companies, in support services including training and coaching, HR advice and as a guide of so-called high potentials.

Trudy Feijen: "For company-specific issues customized solutions are desired. Solutions that are tailor made to the situation. In advance there is an intensive orientation: who are the employees that need training and what is their level? The program will connect to the company, industry and the current situation. After the organization has been mapped, a focused training program starts whereby personal attention to each individual participant is paramount. We find that our customers find it fascinating to expand their limits and experience that they can do more than they thought. We take into account both the mental and physical abilities of the group."

Trudy is a real animal lover. One of her hobbies is horseback riding. In her busy schedule she gladly makes time for a ride on the beach or a western riding lesson. Sports and walks in the woods with her dogs are important to her. Trudy is very driven and thinks in possibilities. She is very enthusiastic, loves challenges and has a great passion for her work and the world around her.

Trudy is een echte dierenvriend. Een van haar hobby’s is paardrijden. In haar drukke schema maakt ze dan ook graag tijd vrij voor een strandrit of westernles. Sporten en bostochten maken met haar honden zijn belangrijk voor haar. Trudy is zeer gedreven en denkt in mogelijkheden. Ze is erg enthousiast, houdt van uitdagingen en heeft een grote passie voor haar werk en de wereld om haar heen.
