Methodology
Sirius Connection courses are highly interactive. In interactive sessions, workshops and role plays the participants discover that another way of leading, coaching and motivating their department / group can lead to better results. We keep them in front of a mirror and practicing intensively. They also learn a lot from their fellow participants. The result of this approach is that each participant can apply what they learnt right away and therefore start the next day with many new ideas and a different approach in their own organization or company and evidently will be more successful!
