
Communications and SecurityObserve, interpret, communicate and act, are central to the training. In sessions, employees understand how they can recognize certain behaviors in humans. For Example; how does someone behave when he is drunk? How do you approach this person? What if he reacts aggressively? How do you prevent an unsafe situation? And what should you do to get out of an unsafe situation?
You learn how to continue to function properly under difficult conditions. In a relatively short time, you are handed a backpack full of 'tools' that are tailor made for you. During role play, everyone experiences how theory can be applied in practice. During the training we use a professional actor who maps practical situations. In addition, the course accompanied by two police trainers with extensive experience, creating the necessary attention to the legal aspects. If necessary, a counselor who specializes in behavioral psychology will attend. This is additional support for people who in practice have experienced violence, threats or intimidation.
