Sirius Connection provides divers, balanced, outdoor trainings in the Netherlands and abroad, giving the participants opportunity to broaden their personal insight.

The outdoor training in communication and psychology reveals how a person functions as an individual and as a teammate, in a short time. Participants are invited to step outside their comfort zone The complete person is addressed.

In a new environment challenges are often more easily confronted and explored, and its borders are shifted. Participants are immediately confronted with their (non) action. Through physical effort the resistance becomes less and behavioral patterns are visible faster.  One gets 'tools' that will allow dealing with these stressful situations and learning to recognize and control the physical signals of others and them self.

Barriers and any associated beliefs in the outdoor situation quickly become apparent. Participants gain insight into their own actions and the associated "cause - effect" phenomenon. The effects are sometimes “painfully” clear but are the key to change. Everyone is responsible for his or her actions. Learning to take responsibility runs like a thread through the training. Also one learns that if you want to achieve something one also needs to take the steps. How difficult and hard these steps seem to be, the result is worth it.

Learn the impact on short and longer term? The participant will be given step by step teachings on how to deal with change, anxiety and other difficult circumstances in their way. These situations can easily be translated into daily life. One learns how to approach difficult situations in a positive way so that the (stress) tolerance capacity many times higher.
