Throughout the reintegration program, the Sirius Connection consultant is the fixed go-to person for the jobseeker and the client. Naturally specialists can be used for certain parts, however the Sirius consultant always remains the go-to person.

Intake
In most cases, the interview with the Sirius Connection consultant will take place at our office, in special cases, the beneficiary can be visited at home by Sirius Connection. Using a standard interview format the in various conversational trained counselors, will take the interview in an goal-oriented and qualified fashion. Usually it takes one hour, but if the consultant feels that not all information has been obtained, more time will be taken.

Program plan

From the intake interview, substantiated report is written. In those reports, measurable, achievable goals are set which is supported by the beneficiary.

Diagnosis

In specific situations it may be that only one interview is not sufficient. The problem of the beneficiary is too complex.
In these cases, a diagnostic tool will be brought in. This is a personal blueprint 

that maps out how you think, feel and perceive in a given context. Read more about the personal blueprint.
