Counsellor / Coach

Erica prefers to be in motion, in as many different ways as she can, both strenuous, in the gym or outside, and relaxing, tai chi and qi gong and feels at home when she can work with children and young adults.

She is a member of the Professional Association for Counseling (ABvC), the NFG and RBNG.

For over 20 years Erica teaches all forms of exercise such as gymnastics, aerobics, step, spinning, body pump, swimming, badminton and judo. She has taught children from 4 years to adults of 65 and over.

Erica is a counselor / coach specializing in coaching youth. Since the establishment of Sirius Connection Erica guides the (outdoor) training communication & psychology and gives support during the training hNLP - NLP.
