At one point in one’s life, everyone experiences a miscommunication. Or at least we all know of someone who has experienced it.

Although this can lead to hilarious moments, it can also cause great frustration and other emotions. How can one lead in an effective and goal oriented fashion?

What is hNLP?

hNLP stands for Humanistic Psychology Neurological Linquistic.

hNLP draws the attention to neurology. It has been scientifically proven that if you change the focus the neurology shifts. From the hNLP we apply this by using, among others, language patterns. hNLP goes deeper than "performing a conversation." It includes the non verbal signals that people send (body language), hidden messages, internal communications (Judgment), and also signals that we unknowingly give other people.

By whom?  

hNLP was developed by psychologist Julie Silverthorn and psychologist and coach John Overdurf. These are two NLP Master Coach Trainers and developers of hNLP in America.

Sirius Connection would not be Sirius if we would not apply it in our "own" way. Theory is therefore combined with the "experience."

We ensure that people are not taught tricks, but become knowledgeable in what they do. This, of course, without compromising one’s own personality.

Who?
Organizations and people are constantly subject to change. How do we deal with these changes and how do we deal with difficult circumstances. How can we regulate stress in a good way. Not only within an organization, but, certainly as important, also within ourselves. What is the optimal balance so that we can look after ourselves and our customers and organization well?

Businesses, schools, government agencies....

There where people can communicate well and know how to deal with the feelings of others, there is where the "difference" is made. People continue to stay in contact even in difficult conditions. The work atmosphere is pleasant and people are more successful. This results in an increase in open and full communications, even to customers, students and clients. Flexibility is the "key" to success.

In short: Do not work hard, work smart!

Below a small selection of items which are discussed within the program.

Of course there is always room to work on personal or practical case studies. We cannot not learn.

Duration of the program is 14 days and ends with an exam.

With this officially accredited course you can join the various umbrella agencies including ABNLP and NVNLP.

The course is accredited as a postgraduate at the CPION and at successful completion of this training you will receive a formal postgraduate qualification

In 2011, the program begins in October, the program will take about 120 study hours to complete, spread over 14 days including two weekends. Beside the 120 study hours, it is expected that some free time is spent on homework which is estimated at approximately 8 hours per week.

Currently there are three different courses planned. One to start in October and two training courses start in January. You can choose to attend the training on Saturday or Monday. The training dates for the beginning of 2012:

Exam: The final study is for the exam. This is the only exam that will take place through the whole course. This exam contains both a theoretical and a practical part. If you do not complete this exam successfully, you can take it again. If you fail the second exam then there is the possibility to participate in the next Practitioner.

Exemption Policy: There is no possibility of exemption from certain parts of the program.

Start Level: There are no level requirements for this program. However, you must be at least 18 years.

Investment: € 3.150 including 2 weekends stay with breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Naturally lunch is included on the other days. You do not need to purchase any books or materials. This is included in the price and will be supplied by Sirius Connection.

On the weekends we will start on Friday at 10:00 in the morning and we finish on Sunday at 17.00.

Other training days start at 9.30 am to 17.00 pm.

For anyone who successfully completed the Practitioner course and is ready for a new step and level of communication and psychology,

The hNLP - NLP Master Practitioner training stands for stability and depth. The stronger you feel your true sense of identity the more stable you are in your own authentic power. During the Master Coach course you will master communication and behavioral changes. You go into more detail on the subconscious processes and the deep structures of communication. It focuses on the "why" something is so important to someone. One’s values and beliefs and the family rules can play an important role in the why.

Below are hNLP – NLP techniques at Master Practitioner level which we are going to deal with.

1. Metaprogramma's. Meta Programs.

It maps out what people think, feel and perceive in a given context. Participants do not only learn to recognize the various programs, one also learns to find the language patterns that have positive connection. "Healing" is indeed beautiful but "prevention" costs less energy.

2. Values(Criteria).

Retrieval, mapping, clarify, apply, change.

3. Beliefs.

Discover, install, implement, refine and change.  

4. Expansion strategies.

Streamlining and installation, clarify and alternatives.  

Emotions: Structure, relationships and management.

5. Expansion of Sub-modalities

Access, pattern recognition and change. Temporary sub-modalities, Spatial sub-modalities

6. Expansion of Timeline patterns.

Change of emotions, changing timelines.

7. Extension of language patterns.

SOM patterns, intonation patterns, embedded commands

8. Extension of Milton Work.

Using metaphors and Milton Language (expressive language).

9.Modeling.

With the modeling we will teach you how you can mold the skills of an expert into your own.

10. Expansion of techniques.

Vision, values, use of inner conflict, the language of the non verbal, hypnosis, breathing and relaxation techniques

11. Presentation Skills.

Presentation Design, group report, Satir- categories, congruence, feedback.

The objective of the course is to be able to apply the above in practice by the end of the course

In 2011, the training starts in December, the program will take about 116 study hours to complete, spread over 12 days. Beside the 116 study hours, it is expected that time free is also spent on independent study, which is estimated at approximately 10 hours per week until the end of the course.

Dates: 10 days Gran Canaria (7 t / m 16 December) + Netherlands 2 days (... ..)

Examination: The end of the training consists of theoretical test, coaching sessions, a final assignment and presentation.

Exemption Policy: There is no possibility of exemption from certain parts of the program.

Start Level: There are no training requirements for this degree program. However, you must be at least 18 years.
