Communications training Board and Senior Management

Training in communication and Senior Management Board of Sirius Connection is all about leadership. During this intensive, confrontational course, you deal with the unworkable patterns and get acquainted with a wide pallet of management tools with which you can translate your vision of the direction of your company translate into concrete results. Addressed will include Natural Leadership, Crisis Management. Group and change processes. You follow the training with other entrepreneurs, executives and managers, working in different branches. The skills are provided by experienced trainers Sirius Connection with a broad background in communications and psychology.

The diverse composition of the group offers every opportunity to expand your network and share experiences. This training offers a full range of management skills, and maximizes efficiency of your business!

The training program consists of three days from 15:00 to 21:00. There are contributions from various guest speakers.

Methodology
Sirius Connection courses are highly interactive. Theory is supportive and not leading. In interactive sessions, workshops and role plays the participants discover that another form of control, leading, coaching and motivating their living organization leads to better results. We keep them in front of a mirror and practicing intensively. They also learn a lot from their fellow participants. The result of this approach is that each participant can apply what they learnt right away and therefore start the next day with many new ideas and a different approach in their own organization or company and evidently will be more successful!

The practical training program makes it extremely valuable for managers who have attended management courses at other organizations.
