Recruitment and Selection

• We will make an appointment for an interview. In this first interview, we want to get to know you well, so we can map your experiences and what your needs and wishes are.
• Then we start to find the right job for you.
• When we have found a suitable job, we will contact you to discuss various factors.
• After your approval we will do everything to set up an interview with the client.
• If you convince the employer and you would like to work with this employer, a contract will be arranged.
  
  

Secondment or mediation

Our service offers two option:

1. You get employed on a secondment basis by Sirius Connection or,
2. You will be employed directly by the client.

As an employee of Sirius Connection can you expect us to arrange all the affairs properly. Agreements are in set in a contract.

If you are employed directly by our client you can 'negotiate' the working conditions.

Of course you can always go to one of our consultants for advice.

Quality comes first.We therefore only work on an exclusive basis for our clients. This is why we are well aware of both the vacancy, the organization and corporate culture. We, snipers, do not shoot blanks but work target oriented.  When you become employed by us, we offer you, completely free of charge, customized coaching. This will be made after you have filled in a personal blueprint. So you will not encounter any unexpected surprises.
